Se caleste ceapa(3-4 cepe potrivite).
Cand devine sticloasa se adauga ciuperci(eu am cumparat 2 conserve de ciuperci feliate).

O tava mai adanca se unge cu unt/untura.
In ea se aseaza paine inmuiata in lapte, incat sa acopere tot fundul tavii.

Peste paine se pun ciupercile si ceapa si se intind uniform.

Deasupra se aseaza salam(sunca, carnati, ceva forma de carne/mezel), branza(cascaval, telemea) ardei grasi, porumb, masline, ce mai aveti prin frigider si condimente.

Pentru condimente eu am un mojar in care le amestec pe toate(sare, pieper negru si alb, boia dulce, oregano, busuioc, rozmarin, curry)

Deasupra se pun 3-4 oua batute si se da la cuptor.
